Please be aware that clicking the “submit” button repeatedly during credit card payment may result in duplicate payments. Please do not click the “submit” button repeatedly, as it takes time to process the payment. Even if the payment appears to be stopped, it may actually be in progress. In the event of a duplicate payment, please contact us using the inquiry form and we will process your refund. After the payment is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent from the credit card company.

Q.Do I have access to all videos with the unlimited monthly plan?
General videos are not eligible. Videos displayed by clicking "Unlimited Viewing" in the top menu are eligible.
Q.If I sign up for an unlimited monthly plan, will my monthly payment be automatically deducted?
Yes, once you make a payment for an unlimited monthly plan, the payment is automatically made every month until you cancel the plan.
Q.How do I cancel my monthly unlimited plan/subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from the “Purchased Plans” page.
Q.If I cancel my monthly unlimited plan, will I not be able to watch movies from that day?
The unlimited monthly plan is available for one month, so you can watch it even if you cancel your membership within one month. There is no additional charge during this period. After the expiration date, you will no longer be able to watch any movies.
Q.How long does the monthly unlimited plan go for?
You can use the service for 31 days including the date of purchase. You can continue to watch movies within this period even after you cancel your monthly unlimited plan. We will not be able to discount the fee on a daily basis.
Q.What is the difference between monthly unlimited viewing, rental, and individual purchase?
"Monthly unlimited viewing":
This service allows you to enjoy all the works designated as "Monthly unlimited viewing" by paying a monthly fee.
Rental Movies:
Movies can be rented for a period of time. Within this period the movie can be watched as many times as you want. In order to view it again after the rental period has expired, you will have to rent it and pay the rental fees again.
Individual Purchase:
Individually Purchased Movies can be viewed for an unlimited period of time. Unlike unlimited viewing, you can watch a movie indefinitely without having to pay the required monthly fee.

Q.Why are the prices on the Buying and Rental page shown in US dollars?
This is because the settlement agent uses dollar settlement. The rate applied for dollar settlement is the rate of the day the data is processed by the credit card company. Q.How can I cancel my membership?

If you are subscribed to a monthly unlimited plan, you will need to cancel the subscription first.
Also, no fees will be charged for cancelling your membership.
